Storm Water Management Program The City of Norwalk has been designated as a city that must apply for a permit and develop and submit a Notice of Intent and a Storm Water Management Program. The City is developing a program for managing storm water and will submit it to the Ohio EPA. Best management practices are being developed in six minimum control areas.The areas covered are:
The City will be implementing numerous changes in the next five-year period to initiate the changes identified in the initial program.
Yearly reports will need to be drafted and submitted to the Ohio EPA to ensure that the city is complying with these new regulations |
