Zoning Department

The Zoning Department is responsible for all residential and commercial property zoning issues throughout the City.  The office issues zoning permits, reviews site plans, maintains the zoning map, and enforces the zoning code and property maintenance code for the City.  To learn more about zoning regulations and to access zoning forms, please click on the links on the left.

The Zoning Department for the City of Norwalk is located on the 2nd floor of City Hall in room 208.  Office hours are 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., Monday through Friday.
